Quroot (Dried Curd)
Quroot is a dairy product made with dehydrated plain yogurt that is combined with salt and typically shaped into small balls. Natural plain yogurt is added to a cheesecloth or muslin, then the liquid is squeezed out, and the resulting curd is allowed to drain for a few days until it dries out completely and becomes thick.
Constantly, Import AFG processed and exported inter alia cereals and dried fruits from Afghanistan via Pakistan borders to Canada, Australia, Europe, Saudi Arabia and India. Since 2003 Import AFG started business independently in Afghanistan by the brand name of Import AFG and succeeded to get a business license from the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) in the same year.
